Internship Works: The Department for Education funded programme is designed to support more young people (16-25 year olds) with additional needs to have greater choice and control over opportunities that prepare them for adult life and enable them to gain long-term meaningful employment

Come along to find out

• What Dorset Council and other local education providers are doing to enable more local supported internships

• Hear from our local colleagues and training providers about their Pre-Internship and Supported Internship training programmes

• Find out about some of the areas where our Young People have been on programme and gained employment
