XDS Oxford Ltd - Apprentice Employer Open Evening 2025

XDS Oxford is an Engineering employer who will be opening their doors during National Apprenticeship Week 2025. This is a great opportunity to get an insight into the work they do, tour their facilities, meet them and find out more about the careers and apprenticeships on offer.

With over 30 years’ experience in the global synchrotron industry, XDS Oxford is a recognised leader in the design, manufacture and installation of Beamlines.

Beamlines are high intensity X-ray imaging devices used in facilities around the world to help researchers answer a wide range of questions relating to biological, material, environmental and medical fields. Beamlines have allowed scientists to study a multitude of subjects, including COVID-19, cancer, composition of materials and efficiently sustainable products for everyday life.

The XDS Oxford Apprenticeship Programme has been running successfully for over 15 years, with former apprentices progressing into more senior roles using the skills and knowledge they gained during their apprenticeship.
