This February, JCB is hosting another Open Day at its Global Learning Centre - the business’ hub for Early Career Talent!
Talk to current Apprentices and Graduates about their personal journeys, gain a behind the scenes insight into JCB’s world famous diggers and discover opportunities for development through JCB's learning providers.
JCB annually invests around £8 million in developing its Early Careers Programme, and since 2008 more than 1,800 people have joined the company through its schemes.
